Blue Open Back Top

This adorable blue open back top is sweet coming and going!  Features front pleating and an open back with tie detail (can wear a normal bra).  No stretch in the material, but fits true to size with some wiggle room.  Lisa is wearing a small.  Fabricated from 100% polyester.
