What is Soulshine?   Soulshine Boutique is a conscious clothing company offering people-first fashion and accessories while recognizing and celebrating natural beauty.

Does Soulshine have a storefront?  Great News!   We just joined forces with White House on the Square.  We will be taking over 2 rooms in their store 1 weekend per month.  Our new home address is 12 S. Main Street Shrewsbury PA 17361

Do you have giftcards?  We currently offer giftcards via discount codes through our website.  The amount of the giftcard and/or discount must be used in its entirety at the time of purchase.  

How much is shipping?  To celebrate one year of Soulshine, beginning in March, we're offering FREE shipping on ALL orders.......shop happy!!

When will my order ship?  We get it...you're super excited to start looking adorable! Orders may take 4-5 days to process and ship.  We will then send an email with tracking info once it's on the road so you can stalk that mail truck!  

Can I return my merchandise?
We want your SOUL to be HAPPY every time you wear a Soulshine purchase, but in the unfortunate situation where you need a return, here are the return details

Arrives damaged - contact us within 2 days of receipt so we can check inventory and get a replacement over pronto! 

Not pleased with item - we hate it when that happens!  Let's fix that!

  • Ship item back within 30 days of the date your order so we can find a replacement item or issue a credit until you find a piece you love more!
  • Ship the item to our PO Box and we'll issue the credit or send a replacement.   Soulshine Returns, 50 Constitution Avenue, PO Box 75, Shrewsbury, PA. 17361
  • Item must unworn, unwashed, free of dog hair and original tags intact. (We recommend that you send item insured and track-able...not responsible for return items lost in the mail.  We cannot accept COD shipments).
  • Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.

After 30 days, Soulshine is unable to offer a store credit or exchange. 

Please note:   Sale items are final purchase and non-refundable.

For hygiene purposes, we are unable to exchange or return hats, jewelry, intimates and accessories.

When will I receive my Store Credit/Exchange?  Store Credit is generally processed within 5-7 days upon receiving your return shipment (all merchandise is subject to inspection). If item is returned in original condition, we will email the code for store credit.  Use store credit at any pop-up event or online up to 6 months from date of return. 

Your Exchange will be shipped out the following business day.  If we do not have the merchandise you are requesting, we will issue a store credit in it's place.  Use emailed code for store credit up to 6 months from date of return.
